Buyers agree to:
Read full item listings before making a purchase.
Provide accurate delivery information.
Make timely payments for all purchases.
Buyers may raise disputes for:
Items not received.
Items not as described.
Defective or damaged goods.
Disputes must be raised through the Yioba.com dispute resolution system.
Yioba.com uses third-party payment processors. By using our services, you agree to their terms. Yioba is not responsible for any payment failures, chargebacks, or disputes handled externally.
Yioba.com provides a standard return policy. Sellers may have additional return policies. Buyers must adhere to these policies and initiate return requests through the Platform within the specified timeframe.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring timely shipping. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary. Yioba is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.
Where available, Yioba Logistics will manage deliveries. Additional terms may apply to these services.
All content on Yioba.com, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Yioba or its licensors and protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Yioba content without express written permission.
