Returns and Exchanges

Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Certain items such as perishables, personal care products, underwear, or customized items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Yioba Support: Get in touch with our customer service team through phone, WhatsApp, or email to request a return or exchange.

  2. Package the Item: Repack the item safely in its original condition.

  3. Pick-Up or Drop-Off: We’ll schedule a pickup or guide you to a return location, depending on your area.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Refund Options

  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method, store credit, or bank transfer.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchange Policy

If you prefer to exchange your item (for a different size, color, or variant), we’ll process it once the original product has been returned and approved.
